F.I.R.S.T. is an unique organization, one of the first of its kind founded by independent restaurateurs in the country!
In 1993 a small group of independent South Towns restaurant owners met to find an effective way to give something back to their communities. Their goal was to assist neighbors, the people who have contributed to the success of their restaurants over the years.
F.I.R.S.T. Motto is
“Neighbors Serving Neighbors”

Through the combined efforts of the members, the F.I.R.S.T. dinner gift certificate program has to date contributed over $700,000 to the Southtowns community benefiting many charitable organizations.
Here’s How It Works:

Step Two: Your organization receives a quantity of $25 dinner F.I.R.S.T. gift certificates
Step Three: Your organization sells the $25 Gift Certificates for $25
Step Four: Your organization keeps $8 from each sale and returns to F.I.R.S.T. a check (from the organization) for an amount equal to the number of gift certificates sold x $17 and returns all unsold gift certificates.
The gift certificates are redeemable at any of the F.I.R.S.T. member restaurants.

- People buying the certificates help support their favorite charities and enjoy a delicious dinner in one their favorite Southtowns restaurants.
AND… once a year, we pull from all the gift certificates redeemed during the past year and award one lucky person $700 in restaurant gift certificates, $50 from each member. So be sure to put your name and phone number on the end of the gift certificate before giving it to the cashier.
F.I.R.S.T. members and their staffs get to showcase their products and services to their neighbors and customers while helping to support those who support them…the community.
